Certification
First Level of the LSE Program – Certificate of Completion

This course has a written test and skills check component. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on a closed-book written test and complete five skill checks for course certification.

Second Level of the LSE Program – Certificate of Proficiency

To receive the ACSA LSE Certificate of Proficiency, participants must submit copies of the following documents to the ACSA for review as per the LSE Proficiency submission requirements:

  • hazard assessment
  • site inspection
  • incident investigation
  • toolbox talk/safety meeting
