Re: COVID -19
To our valued clients;
We are monitoring the AHS/Federal updates to COVID 19 very closely, and have decided EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY we will be closing our classrooms from March 23-April 3 inclusive. At Safe-Net Group we believe in your safety and want to do our part to flatten the curve and keep our customers and training group safe.
We are rebooking all affected courses into our April schedule with the expectation that we will be operating within the mandated capacity when we re-open.
There are also online versions of courses available at www.safe-net.ca .
Current Certification Concessions that are being done by Energy Safety Canada, St. Johns Ambulance as well as other certifying bodies includes:*Ticket Certifications from Energy Safety Canada that will be expiring between the dates of Jan 1, 2020 and Sept 1, 2020 will be still valid.* St. John’s Ambulance First Aid Certifications: Tickets expiring March 17, 2020 and forward, will still be valid 90 days from expiry.
Though our classrooms are closed we will still be monitoring calls and emails.
We urge you to assist in flattening the curve by: now and always during cold and flu season, stay home if you are sick. Practice frequent hand hygiene (washing hands) and if you have to go out use the social distancing protocols outlined by the Alberta Health Services.
Similarly, students who have travelled or been in contact with someone who has travelled to a destination with a travel health notice for COVID-19 are asked to contact us to reschedule their course.
We will be monitoring information during this time on a daily basis and following the information released by: alberta.ca/covid19
